Description:
1- Custom files: Create *.CSV files and rename according to the instructions (Below naming is only for Treadmill) or use the attached template.
2- Tool:
- Use Microsoft Excel to edit the *.CSV files
3- Time (minutes):
The Cell# A1 represents the total time of the workout which is divided into 30 intervals.
4- Speed & Incline:
Speed: Cell# B1 - AE1
Incline: Cell# AF1 - BI1

NOTE: Follow the rules below to enter the speed and incline values: - Value: 0.8 -> enter 8 in CSV file - Value: 1 -> enter 10 in CSV file - Value: 10 -> enter 100 in CSV file For example, for 22.5 km/h speed for treadmill you should enter 225 on CSV file. |

NOTE: Why do Speed and Incline have the capacity to enter 30 data sets? Because the console is displaying these 2 variables using 30 columns for each (below picture) and each data set in the CSV file represents one column on the console. |
5- Copy the customized files in below route:
6- Copy all below 4 folders to the root directory of USB memory:
- USB memory must be in FAT32 format.
7- After you have the customized files ready, follow the below video to run it on Intenza i-console:
a) Insert the USB memory and "Create User Info"
b) Enter to "Custom Program" and upload the files to the console:
