Description:
Users can customize workout profile to meet personal workout goals. By using CUSTOM program, users may easily track exercise progress and choose from previously created profiles or create a desired one.
Instruction:
Step1) Select CUSTOM on 550Te2 console
Step2) Insert a USB memory stick into the USB port
NOTE: USB memory is needed if you are going to load a previously saved profile from your USB memory or if you are going to save the profile you are creating, for future use. |
Step3) If you wish to create a new profile, follow the procedure below:
1- Press "New profile" and select one of the options (Speed, Distance, HRC)
2- Enter the desired values for the required fields

Example: Speed (profile Type)
3- ADD: Add an extra row to the workout profile (above photo has 2 rows and more can be added by pressing Add button)
4- Repeat: By clicking on the Repeat button and selecting a number, the entire profile will be repeated equal to that number.
Example: In the above profile, there are 2 rows, 1 hour and 2 hours workout profiles. By repeating this 2 times, the entire workout program will be 6 hours (2+1+2+1). See the photo in #6 for an illustration of the profile. |
5- Cancel: Click Cancel to exit the new profile setting page and return to main custom program page.
6- Confirm: Click Confirm to see an illustration of the profile (I) and check/modify the personal info (II), Weight, Gender and Age, before starting the workout..
Step4) Click START to start the workout based on the customized profile.
NOTE: During the workout, the speed and the Incline can be changed. |
Step5) If you wish to save the workout profile and use it in the future, once the workout ended, in the workout summary page, click SAVE.
NOTE: For being able to save the workout profile (or workout results) to a USB memory at the end of the workout, the USB memory MUST be connected to the console before pressing the START button. |
