Description:
1- Custom files: Create *.CSV files with ANSI format and rename according to the instruction (Below naming is only for Treadmill) or use the attached template.
2- Tool:
- Use Notepad to edit the *.CSV files
- Make sure save the files in ANSI format after the edit.
3- Time (minutes):
First 2 digits before the first comma are representing the total time of the workout which will be divided into 30 intervals. You MUST fill 2 characters for this section. It means if you need to enter time 1 – 9 minutes then you should enter one “space” after the number or a “0” before that as below:

4- Speed & Incline:
After the Time, the first 30 numbers (3 digits each) are representing the speed and the last 30 numbers (3 digits each) are for incline level. You MUST fill 3 characters for each number.
If the number is only one digit, use:
- x2 “space” after the number or
- “00” before the number or
- x1 “0” before and x1 “space” after the number.
For example:

NOTE: Why Speed and Incline have the capacity to enter 30 data sets? Because the console is displaying these 2 variables using 30 columns for each and each data sets in the CSV file represents one column on the console. |
5- Copy the customized files in below route:
6- Copy all below 4 folders to the root directory of USB memory:
- USB memory must be in FAT32 format.
7- After you have the customized files ready, follow the below video to run it on Intenza e1 console:
